The Client
We have been working with Raffles for over 4 years now, and created their first website back in late 2008. The old website, failed to communicate this unique brand positioning and the passion and quality of Raffles. The brief was to ensure that the brand was better portrayed and the website design, user journey and functionality all catered for the wide variety of audiences and content types. Ultimately, the website needed to work as a key communication tool.
Integrated with the SiteSuite CMS platform, site administrators can manage content displayed by each of the pages, as well as managing custom Facebook Pages. Targeting Facebook specifically, we've been tasked to grow the brand, introducing items of interest and weekly specials, ultimately, driving visitors into store.
The Results
The project has been a great success so far and fantastic feedback has been received on the new website which was released this month (March 2012). We continue to work with Raffles and increasing the social media activity of the company is currently being undertaken.
